| Review: Lost Vegas is the most uplifting film I have seen in ages. There was a certain age, I find it deeply and refreshing.All great actors. Mary Steenburgen is pure joy. I know she left music recently and put it on the screen! De Niro is fantastic as the crusty widower with a chip on his shoulder. Morgan Freeman is, as usual, larger than life. Kevin Kline is always a pleasure to see (Ive never forget his role in A Fish Called Wanda). And last but certainly not least, Michael Douglas was spot on with his description of a person against the aging process a. If you think that this film is not perfect, you are probably too young to appreciate to get more. Buy movies and stick to it until you are in your 60 ... You will like then, of course! Overall, if you want to feel good, really good, after seeing this film head out the door today and enjoy the ride! |
